Two Methods to Check 2017 May/June Waec Result: SMS & Online

The 2017 WAEC result is out now and candidates can Easily Check their Results using two methods that will be given to you in this article. You can Check using SMS or Online. To access the result online, candidates are advised to use the www.waecdirect.org portal

The waec result was released on Monday being 17th July, and according to report better than for 2015 and 2016 where it was 38.68% and 52.97%, respectively.

Check 2017 May/June WAEC Result: SMS and Online

To check WAEC result using SMS

Send the SMS in the format: WAEC*EXAMNO*PIN*EXAMYEAR to 32327 (MTN, Aritel & Glo subscribers) E.g -: WAEC*4250101001*123456789012*2009
The SMS will be charged at 30naira

Make sure you enter the format above correctly

To Check WAEC Result Online

Go to Waec Result Checking Portal at https://www.waecdirect.org
Enter your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number; (This is your 7-Digit centre number followed by your 3-digit candidate number eg. 4123456789)
Select your Examination Year (i.e. 2017)
Select the Type of Examination [ i.e. SCHOOL CANDIDATE RESULTS]
Enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your WAEC Result Checker Scratch card
Then Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Waec result checker Scratch card (Use the PIN printed on your examination /acknowledgement slip)
Click Submit and wait for the results window to come up.
